The Internet Business Manifesto, by Rich Schefren

Last night I finally decided to read one of those reports that internet business experts give us for free on their websites. I don’t know about you, but I usually have six or seven of them on my desktop waiting to be read. But the more downloaded reports I have, the less motivation I have to start reading them.

It was about time that I pick up The Internet Business Manifesto from my reports list and read it. At 11:30 p.m. I decided to start reading it and I was so hooked on this report/e-book that I read it from A to Z in one hour.

Wow! Rich Schefren knows a lot about business, specially about online businesses. During the last years he has been the “secret business coach” working behind the scenes with Internet Marketing Gurus and multi-million dollar Internet businesses.

This 29-pages E-book has been downloaded and read it by thousands of internet marketers and business entrepreneurs, and now that I’ve read it I understand why.

These are some of the topics you’ll find in The Internet Business Manifesto:

- Vision and strategy
- Opportunistic vs strategic thinking
- How to continually increase the worth of your time
- Productive time (time dedicated to nothing else but profit building activities)
- Systems and projects
- Using leverage and scalability
- Cross-sell, up-sells and back-ends
- Difference between Outsourcing and Out-tasking
- Process mapping
- Metrics
- Don’t confuse learning with earning

I found specially practical two examples that help you focus on what your desired income is and what do you need to achieve it, and how to calculate your hourly income (taking into account your productive time) in order to get the anually income you want.

I strongly recommend to download and read The Internet Business Manifesto free report if you are serious about leveraging your online business to higher profits.
